Simplexity is a sister company to Simplexity Construction Ltd, a Canterbury owned company, benefiting from having its directors both living and owning property within Canterbury. This has enabled Simplexity Construction Ltd to fully empathise with fellow Cantabrians subsequent to the earthquake sequences.
Since 2011, Simplexity Construction Ltd has been contracted by a number of the leading PMO and Insurance companies within Canterbury to survey, inspect and manage repairs and rebuilds to properties that have sustained earthquake-related damage within Canterbury.
Simplexity Construction Ltd has provided over 8,000 building inspection reports, has been involved in managing over 3,600 EQ damaged properties for a leading government organisation and managed the repair of over 1000 properties requiring immediate make safe or make warm requirements directly following the Canterbury earth quake. Simplexity Construction Ltd was also contracted to provide experienced building consultants to a leading insurance company as well as providing resolution between the insurer and EQC to assist with settling claims in dispute.
As of October 2015, the new company Simplexity was formed from key personnel that had originally established the aforementioned services, allowing Simplexity Construction Ltd to focus its resources on the construction of new buildings within the Canterbury region.
Simplexity now benefits from these key personnel displaying vast experience in surveying, inspecting, project managing and auditing all types of residential properties throughout Canterbury.
